It took longer than expected but the repair was good and they noticed a tire was losing air and had it checked out... Definitely went above and beyond and even saved me the whole deductible!

King collision auto repair contacted me, I spoke with a lady representative a couple times and she was very nice, but still undecided because so many places had been calling me, then Eric reached out to me and really sealed the deal with having this department pick my vehicle up. I appreciated the professionalism and honesty, along with the genuine care he displayed in making sure I was indeed taken care of, and completely satisfied.
