I loved doing business with Carstar Quality Collision.They were fast,courteous and extremely efficient.My car is beautiful. It looks brand new.
They detailed the whole car inside and out.Each employee that I dealt with was sooo friendly.Joe Swartz was by far the best person that I worked with at the time of the appraisal and during and after. He is an experienced professional that was so easy to work with no matter how busy he was at the time.He has a way of relieving any stress regarding any repair that is needed.

I was lead to believe the car would only take 2 days to repair. It was there for 6 days. As soon as I said I was paying cash there were more costs added. I wanted to see what had to be replaced but no proof was given. I suspect that because I’m an older woman I was taken advantage of.

So far very happy with the workmanship the only negative is the excessive wait time of parts. 5 to 10 days I can understand but thought my wait time was excessive.

It was disappointing to have such a negative experience with your company. It was frustrating to be given vague and inconsistent answers about what was happening with my car and when.
It was unprofessional how a front desk clerk without a nametag thought that making a face and blaming the insurance company could soothe an upset client.
I will not bother with further complaint. It is likely to fall on deaf ears if the blame game is tolerable guest service.

It took too long to get repairs completed. I was told 6 working days, then after that time was up I was told it would be 2 more weeks after those 2 additional weeks were up I was told it would be another week. Insurance inspected car on 2/6 I picked up car on 3/10.
