I couldn't have been more impressed! The office staff and customer contact were thorough and professional, and the work was prompt and beautifully completed. I had the same car worked on by another shop in town after we were rear-ended a few years ago, and this was a completely different kind of experience in terms of the communication and the attention to detail. A&J may have ruined me for all other repair shops -- my sense of what I can expect has been raised to another level. Thank you to everyone!
