They fixed it and looks good. It is a discontinued model which can be difficult to repair. They did a good job and it looks great.

Don’t contact me…I took my vehicle to a separate shop to get the alignment fixed. After being questioned by Clint and your goons at the front office, turns out we were not trying to make something up. Will not ever be doing business with Briggs. Rudy ****

I'm a huge fan. I have been for many years. Everyone has always been friendly and very helpful. You even took a plunger to take a dent out of my truck and sent me on my way for no charge. Oh, and most important. The quality of the work is always Top Notch!

Was told my car was finished and could pick it up. Went to pick it up, noticed a very obvious scratch on the bumper as well as a gap near the same location on the bumper. Had to leave my car there, to get repaired. Leaving me without a vehicle. Was called the following day to pick it up. It appeared ok. Put my car in my garage at home for the night. The next morning notice a lot of fluid on the ground. My car was now leaking a large amount of antifreeze. After my calls to Briggs being ignored I finally got through to someone. They told me to drive it to Briggs and they would try to get to it when they could. After speaking with my insurance adjuster, they said absolutely don’t drive it. It needed to be towed there. Had to have a male call for me and Briggs finally agreed to have my car towed there. Hours later I get a call from Briggs saying they can’t get to it. Maybe next week. I plea that I have no car to get to work. They finally agree to getting a rental car for me. When I go to pick up my rental car they were rude there as well. I have been through hell with Briggs and they have no clue how to give good customer service, or even know how to treat people! Worst experience of my life. Still have a broken car almost 2 months later!

After my bumper was installed, my Nisson was washed and shined. I would love to know what was used to polish the exterior. The dust from my dirt road does not stick!!!

I took my SUV in to have the front passenger door repaired from an accident. I was told it would take 8 days which was fine with me. I received a call 4 days later saying my vehicle was ready for pick up and when I got my car back the front passenger door wouldn’t unlock with my hand. Prior to Briggs working on my vehicle the door sensor on the passenger door was still functioning as normal. Now my door handle sensor doesn’t work and when I roll the passenger window it makes an unusual noise as if there’s a part that is loose. The repainting portion of the work that had to be done was excellent but I won’t be bringing my vehicle back to Briggs in the future due to the rushed repair to my door.

They were very nice and got to work on my car right away. There was a mixup with insurance and they didn’t get my correct number, so I had to call to get updates. They are very nice and patient.
