The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had to endure. Multiple texts with completion dates that were never realized. Shifting blame to insurance company for lack of payment and communication. And, why did it take 3 weeks to repair dimples (dents caused by a deer) and resolve whatever issues that supposedly existed with insurance company? All I heard were excuses and bragging about the number repair shops owned and managed by Rocco’s Collision.

my vehicle was there for a month. When I finally got it back I was told there was problems with my file bc parts weren’t marked received. A two day repair turned into a month. I kept having to call for updates . Upon receiving home with the vehicle I notice the left foot rest is missing. I bring it back to the shop where I was told that when the car was rear ended I must have kicked it and it fell out when opening the door bc they couldn’t find it anywhere. The vehicle wasn’t rear ended. The car was parked and empty when it was hit. The foot rest was in the vehicle when I dropped it off oct 2nd.

The team did a great job and were super friendly. The communication between them and me dropped off at the end, which was kind of disappointing since I had an overall great impression. I was told my car was going to be done at a certain time, when it wasn't, I called and was told Someone would call me back, I never got called. The same thing happened a second time, and then eventually I just waited and found out when the car would be ready for pickup. I am pleased with the service and would go there again and recommend them as well.
