I was constantly kept notified as to the progress of the work on my car, saving me having to always be checking. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly, it takes some of the sting out of a car accident. Also, my work on my car is beautiful - better than when I bought it (it was only 5 weeks old). I would recommend this shop to anyone I know that needs this type of service. This is one business that knows how to keep customers!

Everyone at ECC is part of a truly amazing customer service team in a day and age where truly great customer service does not exist. I received progress reports daily via email. When more damage then expected was found, I received a phone call with a thorough explanation. I even had one of the team members pick me up at my house when my car was ready. Although I hope to never need the services of ECC again, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for all each one of you do for your customers! You have a great team of people who truly care.
