First off ,I must commend the Service Dept.for their friendliness and warmth for arriving new Customers..When Customers are given a stated date and time for Repairs, timing is of the essence for Some people like myself, however "Stuff Happens" which is unfortunate.HUM HUM. But your response in getting the vehicle back to me and delivered in a timely manner made up for any delays..In all, I highly recommend this
business for its Quality work.

East Coasts commitment to my repairs went above & Beyond their call of duty so to speak.
Kent @ East Coast had some mechanical issues with my vehicle while in their shop, one which my Hyundai dealer had to resolve.
They worked directly with De;ray Beach Hyundai and while my car was there, the dealership took care of two mechanical recalls I previously was notified about. My next stop after East Coast returned my car was to bring it to the dealership for the recalls. East Coast worked with Delray Hyundai to complete the Mfg. recalls while the car was in the shop prior to me getting my car back.
I was very satisfied with East Coast Collision and their attention to detail on my car. A job well done. A rated shop from my standpoint.

Car not completed and delivered as originally promised. In fact, it was delayed an additional two times before final completion, causing me additional out-of-pocket costs and stress. Delay notifications provided without explanations or compassion which lowered my confidence in East Coast.

Honestly I have never been to a shop that I feel at home in. When I picked up my car I felt like it was my family working on it. It absolutely looked amazing. And even though there is something I need to come back to get touched up on I still feel like my car looks amazing. The guys that repaired my car took there time and I couldn't be happier with the service. And the customer service is amazing. Thank you!

the work done is excellent, but the car came back with a paint defect on on the trunk lid which I am reasonably sure did not exist before the work began. It appears to be a new scratch.
