However the time frame was not me my expectation. The repair was excellent. However it was taking too much more time without properly follow up by representative. Original was **** week repair turn out over 2 weeks. I do not have problem with time but at least notify me properly And up front about it. If that would be corrected i would say perfect.

The repairs done on my vehicle were well below acceptable. We brought the vehicle in to change the windshield and repair a bumper. I was told the day before I was going to pick up the vehicle that the windshield was not done and that I would have to take it in to Farmer's myself. In addition, the bumper that was repaired was no where near acceptable. You can see paint pooling/streaks in the paint, you can see where the car was taped, and the paint is chipping where the small parking sensors are in the bumper.
