As a retired CEO of a national company, I will respond by texting that it was not only Farmers outstanding personnel, but when I first arrived at King's body shop, I not only felt 'welcomed', but 'Appreciated' as well. Assigned to Chris Crowley 'made my day'. Although, had always gone back to the Chrysler dealership I've been loyal to for several years, there was just that 'special something', about your employee, Chris Crowley, that grabbed my better self, label it 'gut' feel; that King was the place and not Chyrsler. Mr Crowley tells me he's been with King for 13 years... Lucky King Auto . Mr Crowley, in my judgment, not only possesses the best service and career qualities, he utilizes each in such a positive manner that you feel like 'family' --- better still, want to bring Chris home to meet your favorite daughter. It's obvious your levels of management know how to hire employees, and service clients. Only observation/suggestion on the 'not so great' side is that KING needs to create a much larger piece of Real Estate, which should 'grow' their bottom line. I had asked myself, would I buy that luxury Hyandai I want in 2017 from King? Probably not, yet I'd always use King's body shop family. Outstanding, each and everyone. For example, Chris brought out your shop's body man to look at my car, after having it had been completely repainted by Chrysler within the past 8 weeks at my expense. Chris did it to assure 'me' and himself that the replacement front bumper's final paint job would most likely match the rest of the car. Your body shop craftsman was just as impressive as Chris.
