Originally when I went to carstar, I told Jaime that I was moving and needed the car done quickly. Jaime and team went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was done ahead of schedule to allow me to keep my moving schedule. As a previous Toyota employee, quality is important to me so I was also really happy with the quality of my repair. I would definitely recommend this body shop!

Rob was an absolute pleasure to work with. Rob and CarStar turned a bad experience of a wrecked vehicle into a very positive one. I was hit in my Mercedes April 21st by May 18th I had my vehicle back and you couldn’t tell it have even been wrecked. The communication was excellent. I had several questions each week and Rob always answered very quickly. I appreciated the updates each week of when my vehicle was going to be finished. CarStar and Rob get 5 stars in my book.

They did a GREAT job with my car! My only complaint is with the email system. I got an email at 3:16pm saying my car was ready and it wasn’t ready until 5:22pm. Totally fine but a tad misleading. :)
