Customer service was great, I really appreciated the text updates. It seemed as though at first they weren’t prepared for my car to come in, i.e., didn’t have parts ordered before I came in like stated upon estimate, they didn’t even know when I was supposed to bring my car in when they were informed the Friday before. That was a little frustrating but overall the people were nice.

My car looks great. My only complaint is that I was on my way to get my car and luckily I called because it wasn’t ready but no one had contacted me. Employees were nice to work with.

I would like to suggest that the work order is checked off as complete before the customer is contacted repeatedly to pick up the finished vehicle. Quality of finished job is superb!

My wife and I came to pick up our suv after dropping off our rental at Hertz on new circle road during 5:00 pm traffic only to find out we couldn’t get the suv because it was not ready even though we were told it was ready. We had to call our daughter to come pick us up and was barely able to get the wheel chair in her little car and take my wife back home, in the meantime I had to wait for Lift to come pick me up and take me back to Hertz on N.C. road making it late getting home that evening. When we dropped the car off my wife could lift the trunk door in back and hold it up with stick, when I picked it up on Monday after getting it home my wife hurt her wrist trying to lift the trunk, it was hard even for me to lift, it was nothing like that when we brought it to you. I have ordered two lift struts and will have them put in. If this does not make it able for my wife to lift the trunk then we will expect you to make it right. You could have informed us that it wasn’t working like it should and offer to fix it. If State Farm wouldn’t cover it at least you could have let us know and offer to fix it for additional cost giving us the option to have you do it or let us do it after we got it back, but you didn’t. There is also a green wire hanging down that was not when we brought it to you. I know you can’t always do everything right and I guess we happened to be one of your customers that things just didn’t go right. It’s what you do about it that will make a difference, and I’m not sure what that should be. I guess my question to you, is what do you think you should do. As far as appearance goes it looks good. (My wife’s ph. ****-****-xxxx) She’s the one that drives it all the time and knows when something not right.

Jamie provided very poor customer service. It appears the repairs were done well, but the correspondence with Jamie was frustrating to say the least.
