The one question format of your survey testifies to your intelligence and common sense (which became an endengered species in our politically correct society, Ten pages surveys with ****-10 scale are idiotic, but commonly used).
Your are professional in treating customers, you inform about the progress of work, which is done on time and on money(althouh not cheap),

I was extremely impressed with your employees professionalism and their ability to keep me informed of my cars status. I am also pleased with the beautiful repair done on my 2004 Mercedes 500 SL. I thought it might be hard to match the paint even though it is in pristine condition, but you did an excellent job! Love the status reports via text!!!

My only issue. Was I was not notified about having to sign some kind of waiver to order parts the communication was disappointed with I called you to find out why no one called to schedule to have car brought in to have work done it was weeks with no contact to have this form signed

Repair work done to estimate, per specs, within time limit, kept updated by Company, and when picked up vehicle truck looked brand spanking new - clean inside and out!
Excellent, excellent job, with friendly service representatives.
Will gladly use this team again, and happy to tell others.
