The work on the vehicle was really good and I would have liked to have answered "yes"; however, the only negative that prohibited me from doing this was the timing of when the work was done compared to the expectation I was given on the front end. When I dropped off I was advised it would be 7 days but no more than 9; however, when I called on the 9th day it was still not ready and it ended up going out to 14 days. If I would have had that expectation on the front end I could have planned better and I would have accepted it so it was more of an expectation gap than it was the quality of work, which from what I saw today was great. I would still recommend your business but would advise you to be more up front of the potential of timing. Customers would like it more if you tell them two weeks and get it in 10 days and not the other way around because we have to plan (and pay) for rental cars, personal/work schedules, etc. Thank you for the work you did but wanted to provide honest feedback. I hope that is what you wanted. No need to contact me as I think I was clear and I am NOT dissatisfied with the work product your business did.

I do think you do a very good job however The car had to have additional work that was not identified first hand. The repairs which I understandwe're not identified upon inspection the first time. However there was a phone call and a text telling us that it would take even another week. Which I understand can occur. However I received a text stating that I could finally pick up the car at 4:10 PM upon arrival I was told that I would not be able to take the car home because even though it was completely finished paperwork had not been finished from the adjuster and you would not release the car because you thought you may not get paid the complete payment. Even though it is my insurance company's responsibility to pay anything above the $1000 deductible I had to pay an additional $2800 just to get my car out of your shop.(Which my insurance company will write me the additional check instead of you.) what bothered me about the whole experience is the attitude that I can simply go without a car for a fourth unexpected weekend because you had a failure to get your paperwork in order.

South Broadway Collision Center was exceedingly efficient, timely, and the most affordable shop that I came across. Not only did they do a fantastic job fixing the damages to my car, but they went above and beyond to make sure it looked better than it did before those damages occurred. My car looked brand new when I got it back, which surpassed all expectations. I spoke to multiple employees, including workers in the back, and everyone was friendly and professional. If I need work done in the future, I will definitely come back.

This is the third time I have used South Broadway Collision Center and it is THE ONLY repair center that I will use. Friendly and efficient, starting with Cheryl and whichever evaluator checks me in; and, ending with the technicians and painters who complete the project, ALL are exceptional. The only place I recommend! Handy to Enterprise Rental which is also accommodating. They promised the work to be completed within three days and called me on day two to come pick up my van. All about service and quality workmanship. Always a job well done.
