Patrick, who helped me (took me in, followed up with me, etc), was amazing in his customer service. I even saw him outside of Southbroadway Facility and he recalled my name and details of my vehicle. This relieved a lot of my worries; I felt that my vehicle was in great care. The staff is very friendly and personable. My Jeep was good as New when I picked it up. THANK YOU South Broadway team for taking such great care of me and my Jeep. :) I will absolutely be referring you all to anyone and everyone I come across that needs your services.

My car is always repaired and ready on time. The car repair looks great and Patrick and Cheryl are very communicative and available. I really like their on line notification system because I always know what is happening each day. I am extremely pleased with south broadway auto, have used their services multiple times and anticipate using them when needed in the future.
