Have used you guys several times and have always been pleased with the work once completed. Also, this was the first time the text updates were used and I enjoyed having that option very much. Kept me from taking time out to call and be put on hold until a representative could pick up and talk to me. That was helpful. Will recommend to anyone who asks me in the future if I know a body shop in Lexington. I wil say I only know of one and its on South Broadway.

The car came out looking like it had come off the showroom floor sans washing it as dirt on sides was still on the car.
Regarding payment, since most people use electronic means of banking these days, please consider accepting electronic checks in the future. I do all my banking online and all my utilities, mortgage, and so on are paid online and have been doing so for the past 20 years.
