The South Broadway Collision is a fantastic establishment. This is the first time I have had a repair done on my car at this facility, but it will not be the last. My insurance claim was processed efficiently and without a single hassle. Every staff member that I spoke with exhibited outward qualities of professionalism. I was left with the impression that customer satisfaction is the number one priority. All questions that I had throughout the process were handled with patience, and the answers provided were of utmost clarity. When I received my car back with a replaced bumper, I did not expect to also find the outside and inside of my vehicle to be spotless. The team had washed and vacuumed out the vehicle to pristine condition. I cannot overstate the satisfaction I had in sitting behind the wheel of my own car in such a clean state after spending a few days in a rental. This touch of customer care should not go unnoticed. I will be mirroring my review comments here to a Google review, and I want to thank each one of your staff for making this experience wonderful.

Fast perfessinal and great work

The new driver door that was replaced should have been adjusted more at the top.Has a major air/water leak.Also the door handle doesn't return back to a normal position.It will need to be looked at and corrected as well.

Joe was great to work with! I was pleasantly surprised by the whole process from beginning to end. It made dealing with the insurance zero problem at all and it was ready earlier than originally projected so I could drive it out of town this weekend. I have no doubts that I would go back in the future or recommend it to someone else.

Great communication and service

The car interior was dirty. It looked like it had a 30 second wipe down. There were metal shavings in the interior. There was a coat of sanding dust on almost all of the surfaces inside the car. The metal work was done well, and the panel gaps looks good. The paint has more of an "orange peel" affect, but the color matches well. The driver side rear speaker grill is broken with a large crack and missing piece. The 3rd brake light housing is broken and cracked. The passenger side bracket for the rear window power sunshade is completely broken and now the sunshade is non functional. There is gray paint overspray on some of the interior pieces. The paint is gouged out in a couple corners near where they replaced the rear window. My reverse/parking sensor speaker is broken and the volume is incredibly quiet. It is obvious the car interior was not taking apart and reconstructed with care. Maybe the repairmen didn't have proper Audi tools. The interior was not damaged at all in the car accident. I am currently waiting on USAA to respond to the collision center to get all the interior pieces fixed. I am concerned that more could be damaged while the interior pieces are getting replaced, if not done with care and the correct Audi tools. Patrick has been polite and friendly during the repair experience. I hope everything can get fixed properly when I take my car back for the third time since originally picking it up. I have pictures of all the items listed above, if desired.
