Very satisfied!! This was a new Nissan days old , when it was damaged . I was very upset . I looked for a Nissan certified collection, witch was South Boardway collision. When I got there and started telling the receptionist about the damage she was very compassionate . Joe **** was the person to give me my estimate, very nice and friendly. When I told him about the damage, he new I was still upset over it, and assured me the paint would match and you will never see the damage . This car is not driven every day , so I told him to keep it as long as he needed it to make it right . During the process I was notified every day . There was a set finish day ,Joe called me three days earlier the car was done . When I got there it was raining, they had the car inside so I could look at the repair. You can not see the damage at all , paint matches perfect!!! I will recommend South Broadway collection to all I talk to . Thanks Merel B

Great experience and craftsmanship

I had gotten an reddish orange rental and when Joe went to get my car I thought it looked fabulous and so much prettier than my rental! I actually felt like right that minute I had sorta missed MY CAR! Thanks for putting it back together and making it look as nice as it was when I first took my car home! Thank you!

It was nice to have the updates since I was out of town while my car was being worked on. I was able to plan on when to pick the car up ahead of time because of the projected date. My car looks just as it should. I'm very pleased with the work and overall customer experience.
