1000% satisfied! John Thibodeaux was professional but also so personable. He explained everything and answered all my questions. The office staff was efficient but pleasant at all times. I know everyone was busy - lots of cars. But your staff manages to be efficient and pleasant while handling their work load. Don't know the person who worked on my car - but they did a great job and I thank them for their hard work. Hope I don't have to visit your "collision" site anytime soon - but if I do I know me and my car will be taken care of! Thank You!

The staff, especially John, were always friendly and available to answer questions - no matter how many times I called or went by. They made a stressful situation so much easier on us. I am so glad Allstate recommended them and will definitely be telling my friends to use Philpott Collision Center when they have such a need.
