Communication was subpar. I realize there were constraints due to Tesla. However I was told not once but 3 times I would be called at at a specific time for an update and this was not accomplished. I have absolutely no sympathy for a busy business that can’t accomplish this. I am a physician who sees 40 to 50 clients a day. I return every single phone call on the same day. I will not return to your business again in the future.
