Northern Virginia Autobody is excellent! Mr. Parks provided world class customer service, my car was repaired in a timely fashion, and the repair is beautiful! I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone who needs body damage repair.

Because it was raining & cold when I picked up my car, I just got in and drove off without thinking to look at the repair! So, when I got home, as soon as I got out of the car, I took a good look at the rear, which was where the damage from the accident was. I was very pleased to see that the entire area which had been damaged looked absolutely perfect - like a brand new car would look. And then I noticed that the area of the rear side door that was dented and had paint scraped off by a parking lot barrier in an incident unrelated to the insurance claim repair had been nicely repainted even though that was not required. It looks much better now in spite of the dent, and I appreciate that voluntary, extra work very much. It will help when I trade in the car to buy a new car as I intend to do this spring. I was going to email Robert to tell him all of the above, so I will use this opportunity to say, "It looks great. Thanks for a job well done! (And faster than expected, too.)"

the repair was great and it was efficient but when my car was returned some of my personal items were missing and I didn’t notice until i got home so i thought it was to late to question the situation not to mention i thought everyone was professional and knows not to take things that don’t belong to them

I liked being up to date on progress. And the thorough estimate breakdown given. Robert was easy to talk to. I haven't driven it around enough to know if there are any potential problems post-fix, but I should be able to know more after thanksgiving driving.
