I am completely satisfied with the repair to the hitch cover. And thank you so much for washing and vacuuming my car. Wonderful surprise, so thank you for that! The one thing I am not satisfied with is that I asked to have my passenger rear door looked at because there was a small ding. I called last week about it looking at it when the car was in the shop. I was asked if it would be a candidate for the "dentless" repair. Even though it was on the order, nothing happened with it. I called at 2p the day of pick-up and Alex said he would check on it and call me back. It was 3:30 when I called him back. Unfortunately, nobody looked at the car. It was disappointing but not the end of the world. I'll have to bring it back at another time. Other than that, everything went really well and I would recommend your company to others. Thanks again.

The car looks great, like new again!!!

The people are very friendly and my car looked great. My only concern - I asked if I needed to make a specific appointment time and I was told just to bring my car any morning except Friday. So I dropped my car off at 7AM on Thursday. I had to call at 10AM because I received no update as I was told it would take an hour to hour and a half to let me know what's wrong. I left a message at that time and still didn't hear back so I had to call back again at 2PM. I was told they are still working on it and didn't know where the leak was coming from. An hour later I received a call and was told the drains were clogged. When I first came by about my car the prior week I was told it may be the drains. So you would think the first thing they would check are the drains and I didn't think it would take eight hours to check the drains. Please don't tell someone to bring their car in the morning and not even look at it until the afternoon.

Extremely impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. The way our car was spotlessly cleaned both inside and out says a lot about how far Danrich goes to put the customer first. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

The finished repairs look good as new and I really appreciate the extra effort in locating my after market taillight which I imagine was not to easy. Thanks again.
