Check your emails sent to (4 emails). The last email sent said that the completion day was moved to MONDAY, NOT FRIDAY as initial emails indicated.
USAA and Enterprise was advised by Epic that the car was ready on Friday (according to 'Enterprise'in Freehold. WE WERE NEVER INFORMED the car was ready then... If Enterprise and EPIC Collision knew, how could I know!!?? We were NOT informed.
I'm being billed an additional rental day because Epic / Enterprise / USAA failed to in -form ME! I refuse to be held accountable for that failure!
Therefore, I'm going to call Corporate USAA if the extra day isn't reimbursed.
