Car looks good. Wish it was checked for error messages prior to picking up the first time. Same issue happened with my BMW in the past. Better final checks should be in place before customer is asked to come down. Other than that you are great!

I was delighted to get all your updates so nicely as the repair process moved along. I was also especially surprised that my car was actually ready ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, timing was off in that had I known about the possibility of having my car earlier in the day, I could have made arrangements to come then however, I was already on my way to be with my young grand baby and so, had to wait until today. It still worked out just fine. I was so pleased with the staff, efficient process of paperwork and communications not only with me but with USAA. The nice gentleman brought my car directly out front for me and I was so happy with the nice work - my car looked beautiful inside and out! I already have told my family and friends of the "good experience" I've had dealing with Epic despite the reason (since the accident) and I would certainly recommend you if/when the need arrises. The repair took far tooooooo long causing me to have to pay 400 in a rental cost. Not cool. You shouldn't have taken the car until you were ready to start it. According to the texts you didn't start it right away. Also no one would help me remove a car seat. I can somewhat understand not wanting to place a car seat in the car but not to help take one out ....not cool. I will think twice about recommending you.

The repair process went well. My only disappointment was that the truck was not cleaned to my satisfaction. Most of the hood was missed and other areas were streaky at best. Epic did a great job with the repairs and painting
