I submitted a very detailed customer survey last week including specifics of our misfortune at Roundtree. Repair was promised to be completed on 2 separate occasions and was not. Communication was never initiated by Roundtree unless we probed for information or prompted insurance representative to do so. Even though our vehicle was on shop premises for 30 days. The lack of transparency and communication failures resulted in an unprecedented degree of inconvenience and frustration. Our vehicle was only sent here at the discretion of Honda of Lake City, where it was purchased and it still warrantied. However, this experience has tarnished our trust in both businesses.

Excellent care by Armand. The car repair was completed on time. It met our satisfaction completely, but more than anything he handled my claim so professionally that I was left with no worries. That I truly appreciate because the accident was my fault, luckily with no injuries to anyone.

I was satisfied but not COMPLETELY satisfied because the LINCOLN logo was not affixed to the car. Said they were out of stock. I Still haven’t been called by the about when and where the logo is and when They will replace it. I am disappointed in that. I’m hoping they will call me before I need to call them about affixing a new logo. All in all the car was NOT ready to sell when I bought it. Things were fixed graciously when I brought them to their attention. The people were kind, gracious and helpful——the car just wasn’t prepared to sell, which meant I was deprived of several days use after purchase.

Extremely satisfied with the quality of work. Y’all came highly recommended, I was not disappointed. Customer service was less than desirable! It started when it was first inspected, never was notified when the quote was ready. Never was contacted about scheduling “when” to bring my truck in for repairs..(although I was told I would be.) Phone calls were not returned as promised. Towards the end it got better.

My car is not DONE. Horrible service i was told my car was done twice. And when i when to pick it up it wasn’t correctly done. I had to walk home from there twise. And i HAD A BOTTLE OF WHISKEY IN THE TRUCK AND Someone TOOK IT.

Communications with employees, so the next time my wife & I come back over for any reason everyone there is in the same page that way we don’t have to wait an hour trying to figure out why no one knows about what car you’ve for us to drive while our new 2020 Ford Explorer Limited Edition is being fixed.
