The work that was done on the car were excellent. So the tactician deserves a big thank-you. However the delays, lack of communication with the office staff, and amount of time it took (**** month) were bad and expensive for me because insurance stopped paying for the rental car after so many delays.

When I picked up my car the doors did not open with the key fob and there was a scuff mark on my car rhat wasn’t on it when I dropped it off. I was told it was there but it must have been moved after I parked it in front of the door of the shop because I did not have that white scuff mark on my black Honda. Og course, I would have noticed that.

My car was not fixed correct. The body parts don't line up. I have dents on the side of my car that wasn't there before the accident that Ford claims was not from the accident. There for insurance wouldn't pay to have it repaired. If Ford would have done a better job they would have found a connection with the dents.very disappointed in the body shop.
