My 202 Chevy silverado was in the body shop for two and half months with supplementals being sent to my insurance copy once week with absolutely zero repairs being made on the vehicle. then after 9 weeks they discovered the frame was supposedly cracked. At this time the insurance decided to declare the truck a total loss. The most unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with. I will never buy, bring or recommend this repair shop to anyone in my life. By far the worst experienc eof my life.

It took way too long for the repair. From the start of the process it took 13 weeks. When I finally got it to the shop they told me it would take 7 working days to get it back but it took 30 days to get it back. Before I dropped my car off I asked them was all the parts in they told me yes. And said I’ll get it back in 7 working days. So I upgraded my rental to a larger vehicle thanking I’ll only have to pay for it 7 days but it took 30 days costing me $200.00 dollars for the extra days rental. After the parts came in they set my appointment out 3 weeks for the technician to catch up so why did it take so long to get my car back. Very unprofessional. When they told me 7 working days i didn’t hear anything from them so I want by there after 9 working days and they haven’t even started working on my car. Very disappointed.
