Big Mama a time or two your staff said that they were going to call on a certain day and did not. No big deal but you should try to do what you say. Also oh, there was a time or two that the lady that called seemed as if she was in a big rush and not really being attentive to the customer.

What happened to my gas that was in my car. There was nothing left. I went for gas and it took just under 16 gallons. I left it with you with just under a half of a tank of gas

Leftie is completely amazing! If my car needs body work I will only take it to Suncoast!! Even though you are a longer way away from where I live! I didn’t meet the individuals that worked on car but they are amazing too! My car looks great and smelled great when I picked it up! Thank you!!

You didn’t give my antenna back, you didn’t repair where the woman who hit me messed up my rim and you left my car service air bag light on. Insurance said you’d call to fix and never have and they told me that on Jan 28

The bumper was mounted at an angle a plastic cover was missing from the bumper. Both of these problems were fixed to my satisfaction. When I got home I then noticed a cover that was not put back in place under the passenger seat and an access cover was missing on the steering wheel and I had to order and purchase a new one from sun Toyota. The interior was left dirty and should have been cleaned before pick up. I feel somebody should have done an overall inspection and checked the thoroughness of the job before I picked it up.

Lack of communication is the biggest the issue. I had wanted other repair done unrelated to the accident but no one to talk when I dropped off the car and no one would return calls.
