I was pleased that Steve was willing to speak with the claims department of the insurance that I was having difficulties with. It was professional and at the time very necessary in the decision process for my claim. His cooperation with the insurance company relieved much of the stress I was going through. The repair update phone calls gave me the secure feeling that I had made the correct decision to have Sun Toyota complete the repairs on my SUV needed.

It was not Sun Collision’s fault it took 2 wks instead of 2 days. They did the best they could considering they had to deal with Allstate Insurance Co. I have my car back now and it looks fine.

1st went to pick up the car and the bumper color was wrong then went to pick up the car and the bumper was loose Aaron said it was fixed but it's still loose and the gave me a front end alignment and the car pulls to the right
