People from the front and back were not talking. I did not have updates for over a week, later found out thanks to Me calling, because the person involved with insurance had either quit or was fired.
People were not informed where the car was going later, they did not inform the corect people they were supposed to there.
It was a cluster F!
As for the car, it looks Spot on! Cannot fault them on doing a great job, but they need to work on getting things together between the officce and their peeps in the back and sending out notices.
I tried calling was not called back, had to call Again, this is when I found out about the guy had left. Uneccessary Drama that caused to many problems for me trying to arrange things to be done that was His job!
Will not use this particular branch again. Just too disjointed, stick with the one on S parkway or Providence area.

Great service. Communication was good especially the automated status updates as the repairs progressed. It would be helpful to add a communication when the initial estimate is submitted by Joe Hudson, another when the insurance has approved, and another when parts have been ordered.
