There was a large paint run on the top of the bumper. I sent it back to be taken care of after being told it would just "buff out" but after 30 minutes of waiting was told that in order to remove the paint run part of the metal on the bumper would need to be resanded. I'm not going to claim to be a body work or paint expert, but I am surprised that a section of metal could be so bad it needs to be resanded to remove a paint run and that paint run could go unnoticed.

Overall we would rate the experience as a 3 out of 5 stars just because the office staff was rude during or estimation visit and a spit bottle was left in our car after we picked it up.

We just noticed today, part of the bumper was bowed out on the driver and passenger side and the light that was repaired on the driver side, just came unglued, someone used a hot glue gun to put the light in, the original light had a rubber sealant around the light, not glue!!! And there is speckles in the paint. Needs to be corrected.
