My repair experience could not have been better. I always knew the status of my repair and the damage done to my truck by its failed tire was entirely undone! The additional fixes I asked you to make restored my truck to near new condition...your staff even fixed a scratch on the passenger door adjoining the driver's door you replaced just because you could! I have been looking at that scratch I'd made for several years and now it'a gone! We have used your services on other vehicles we have owned and we've not been disappointed. Everyone is courteous, keeps their customers informed, answers questions, and the repairs are well done. Great body mechanics. Nowhere else I would have considered for my own personal repairs or those for friends and family.

I was definitely satisfied with the customer service. Unfortunately the bumper had a bubble in the paint, so I will need to bring the car back to get that fixed. I had pointed it out to the man that helped me. He had brought the car into the back to see if they could fix it, but its in a spot that isn't easily accessible. We agreed to bring it back in a couple weeks when we have time.
