From beginning to end the staff at Joe Hudson was outstanding!

This is the 3rd time that we have used JHCC for repairs. First time was the Enterprise Branch with our Lincoln MKX ($25k car)and we were completely satisfied. Second time was the Birmingham Branch with my son's FJ Cruiser ($14k SUV) and we were completely satisfied. This time at the Dothan Branch with my 2017 RAM 3500 ($76k Truck) and the work so far is sub standard after being notified for pickup. The fender is visibly out of alignment in several places, 4 to be exact. The lower panel by the rocker is about a ****/2 inch out. The lower panel by the rocker has better than a ****/4 inch difference than the other fender. The fender and the hood are at least ****/8 inch difference in height and another ****/8 inch difference in the gap. I do expect it to look just as it did before the accident and will not except anything less. I received a phone message on Friday at 3:39 and informed that my truck would be ready for pickup and to be there between 4:45 and 5:00. I called back to inform the JHCC team that I would be ready to pick up the truck and was headed to JHCC. I was again informed that the truck would be ready and that I would get a call as soon as it came out of the detail shop. I was running behind, however I had not received a call and thought for sure I would be there by 5:00 and did not make it. I did receive a text (not a call) at exactly 5:00 that the truck was being reassembled and I would be called once it was complete. Confused me as I had already received a phone call and confirmed with a follow up call that is was ready for pickup. To be completely satisfied, I would like my truck back exactly like it was before the accident. Thank you, Darrin Swan

Everyone there was extremely professional and courteous. Even though I live 50 miles away I insisted on JHCC fixing my car. They had repaired cars for me years ago and I knew the job would be perfect. Thanks to all the staff!
