The team at JHCC is friendly, easy to work with, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. It's not fun to be in the position of having collision repair, but they made it so much less painful with their integrity and customer service. I understand that the weather put a delay in the process but I was told that the car would be done on the Friday of the ice storm. I was called and told that it would be Monday, which was fine. I was never called. I just received the same text message for 5 days saying that it was going to
Quality control. I called on Wednesday and left a message and did not get a call back. I called back on Thursday and the lady said that there had been a delay and that she would have someone call me. Finally when I call on Friday, I was told that it was ready for pickup. I understand that there can be a delay, but a phone call would have been nice. Supposedly I was left a message on Thursday afternoon but I have checked and do not show any messages left.

The passenger mirror/camera was replaced and the Honda dealership aligned it for us. The running board came loose and the dealership tighten this up too. Probably should have replaced the passenger glass too since it got scratched by mirror braking. Glad to get the safety features back! ALL cars need these! Thanks

I am pleased with the repair except for one area...the hood isn't seating correctly in the right corner. In the original damage I mentioned this, ****/4 raised area from being hit. Not sure if it was overlooked. But all-in-all, great folks and great job on nose cone and lights
