Always happy with service - but this one time I called to ask when I could bring my car in after being advised by AAA adjuster the week before and the person I spoke to said they had not received the assignment. Other than that it's always a pleasure to work with them

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Only weird thing was the text messages updates of the progress of the work were not accurate at all for the timeline. Obviously I appreciate the work being completed ahead of schedule but would have been better to have known that timeline all along so I didn't fill tha gas tank in my rental thinking I would have it for another week or more. But my car looks great and I am very happy with the service.

My experience was great! My bumper was removed in 20 mins. after dropoff. Contact with the front office was professional and seamless from beginning to end. And, somehow I can tell my car was given top notch care, the repair is like new and the car wash is excellent. Thank you!

Amazing job and service. Love the text updates. Nick and Jose were very helpful, as well as the two ladies in the front office. I was even surprised to find that you vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car. It was shiny and new in more ways than one. I was happier than ever picking my car up today. I will definitely recommend your work. And your communication is stellar. You were always customer focused and were successful at addressing all my concerns or hiccups in the claims process with my insurance. I think something else you do really well (Nick in particular) is when I wasn't getting the best news, you were great at explaining why the situation was the way it was, as well as next steps to reassure me. You often had to manage my expectations and I think that was handled in a customer centric way. It is hard to find that. No one likes an unplanned car accident, but life happens and you definitely made it a pretty pleasant experience. Thanks for everything Autobody Masters team!
