Took my truck to Cerritos collision for the second time and let me tell you. These guys never let me down my truck always comes out better then before! Always great work, they keep you updated which I love. Highly recommended!!!!

I brought my Toyota in on Monday. I was told it would be finished a week from the next Friday. I was informed almost every day about the progress of the repair. One week after the work was started, I was called and told the car was ready for pick up. (My son had told me it would probably be three weeks to a month.) The office staff was friendly and efficient. They kept me informed and told me exactly what needed to be repaired and when this could be accomplished. They got me transportation to and from the repair shop. This was my first time using my USAA insurance for car repair and although I’m hoping I don’t have to use it again, I was impressed by their service. My car looks new! Thanks USAA and Cerritos Nissan! I wouldn’t hesitate to use your service again
