The technician who assisted me was very unprofessional. He failed to complete the repairs on my car the first time around. I got a call from Stephanie stating my car was repaired which I thought was odd bc it had only been a few days. Luis (technician) failed to include the damages on my trunk implying that it was not caused from the accident. I was rear ended & have pictures to prove it. This was my 2nd timing getting my car repaired here & I doubt I will be returning.

Stephanie Harris was a huge help during the whole process of getting my car repaired. The first time I talked to her on the phone she was very kind and professional. Meeting her in person was no different, she's fast and efficient and took care of all of my questions. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone because of her service.

I WAS TOLD TWICE THAT THE CAR WOULD HAVE A FULL DETAIL IN AND OUT. I EVEN ASKED THE GIRL AND WAS TOLD A FULL DETAIL. THE CAR LOOKED LIKE IT WAS BASICALLY RAN THROUGH A CHEAP CARWASH. I FEEL THAT IF YOUR GOING TO TELL THE CUSTOMER SOMETHING THEN AT LEAST STAND UP TO YOUR WORD.THE BUMPER REPAIR LOOKED GREAT.
