The text update notified me that my car would be ready at 4:30pm on the 27th. that afternoon, I got an update that the car would be ready at 5:30pm and that i would receive a call if there were any delays. we got to the dealership around 5:30. After we paid for the sevices and completed all the necessary paperworks, one associate went to grab the keys. We were then informed that the car actually wouldnt be ready till 2:30pm the next day.

The staff are professional and keep me informed on the status of the work being done on the truck. They informed me of any change in the schedule promptly. I am satisfied with the work done on my truck. Will not hesitate to recommend to others of the wonderful work.

Nice and friendly customer service, but the mechanic service kinda slow. Took me almost 2 weeks to get my car done.

From the time I called to schedule a appt to take my car, to the last day it was in the shop Elmer keep posted at all times. My car was even done sooner then expected. I have to say Elmer has EXCELLENT customer service skills. I will be referring friends and family if needed. Thanks again !
