The whole experience at Carolinas Collision Center was absolutely excellent. As stressful and at times complicated as situations involving car damages and insurance claims can be, everyone we worked with throughout the process was amazingly helpful, patient, knowledgable and ready to offer honest advice and guidance. Lisa s friendly engagement and help at the front desk was great. The Enterprise representative on site was patient and super helpful as we navigated through some miscommunication with the insurance company. Randy was very helpful, knowledgable and guided the whe process with exemplary customer care. People who took care of our car had it ready for us clean, washed and looking in excellent shape.
