After I paid I was handed my key but my car wouldn’t start. Battery? But office was now closed. So I had to leave my car there. How did they drive to the lot at5 and I couldn’t start it at 5:20?

I've reviewed this with your manager and we have come to a agreement on a refund of $200 for visible damage to the vehicle vehicle was apparently used for purposes not authorized mileage and gasoline show this to be true
