Candy is amanzing. I called several times with questions and she was so patient with me and either answered my questions right away or found out the answers for me. Getting in an accident and having to rearrange your life to get repairs done is stressful and Childress made is easy and comfortable. Thank you so much!

I got a call at 8am saying it would be ready at 3pm then
I got an email at 11am saying my car was ready
so I called at 11am and asked, and Candy informed me that it would be ready in an hour.
I'm not sure what triggers the email being sent, but the timing seems a bit off.
It seems like there's a bit of lumpiness in a part of the paint, I'll show you guys on Monday
anyway, the experience was straightforward and pleasant

The folks at Childress are great communicators. They gave me solid estimates at the front end, provided clear and timely information to my insurance company throughout, and kept me advised on the timeline of a significant repair by email and phone so that I could plan appropriately. Their care with the things I can observe gave me a lot of confidence in the things I can't observe. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I made the right choice choosing Childress Collision. The people were friendly and nice, good communication. They sent me emails periodically keeping me up to date on my trucks progression.
