The customer service was excellent, people were nice and helpful. The long term quality of the work remains to be seen. My only complain would be that during the process the tint on the drivers side window was scratched.

Since the minute I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. It took me maybe 15-20 minutes to get the estimate done which was extremely fast and everyone was super friendly. Also when the car rental company forgot to pick me up you guys offered me to take me which was great because I was already late for work. I really enjoyed bringing my car here and would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you to everyone!

My car was in the shop for over a month because of parts back orders, but Sportif did an excellent job of keeping me informed every couple of days. She was superprofessional, but also personaable.
That is an extremely rare trait in the business world. I hope you are compensating her well for her talents and extremely stressful work there.

Other than the long delay in scheduling the repair (something that can't really be controlled), the team there did a fantastic job with communication, and getting everything finished when they said they would. The work also looked perfect. I would definitely use them again in the future
