i dropped my car off on the date they were scheduled to repair and 24 hours later i received a call asking where my car was i then was told that i needed to sign a authorization to report order and while i understand the need i specficially asked when i schedule the appointment if there was anything else they needed from me. I was originally told the car would be ready by Friday and when i did not hear from them i called to find out there was an issue with the paint and it was going to be a few extra days. luckily i was out of the town the entire time this was going on otherwise i would have had to pay additional rental car expenses. my main complaint is the lack of communication between the shop and myself and once they realized the car was going to be in the shop longer as a result of flaws in the paint it would have been nice for them to ask to if i was going to need to rent a car for additional days due to their mistake. for me it's all about customer service and how you deal with problems and for that i would probably not come back.

The car didn’t look clean, windshield was dirty, paint flecks on wipers, and inside of the car smells. There is also a coolant leak.

The staff was very curtious. It just took an extremely long time to get an appointment and then once it was in the shop, it took a very long time to get it back. It has been about 4 months since the accident. Thank you for fixing it though, I do appreciate the work done.

I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HOW I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY ALL THOSE I INTERACTED WITH. DANA HULSE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER. THE CAR LOOKS TERRIFIC. THE WORKMANSHIP OF YOUR PEOPLE IS EXCELLENT. THE TREATMENT BY EVERYONE I HAVE COME IN CONTACT WITH IS WITHOUT PEER. DANIELLE'S CHEERFUL PHONE CALLS INFORMING ME OF PROGRESS ON THE CAR HAVE BEEN GREAT. IN A WORLD WHERE SERVICE IS ALMOST A THING OF THE PAST, GARFFS CONTINUES TO BE OUTSTANDING...KEN WOULD BE VERY PROUD OF ALL OF YOU...PS I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU SENT THE CAR TO BE DETAILED, BUT WOW IT LOOKS BETTER THAN WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR ABOUT TEN YEARS AGO.THANK YOU....YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!!

Received car back in worse condition then when I dropped it off for repair. Airbag indicator lit....radio not working......paint chips in area that was supposed to be repaired.....ugh

When I initially brought the car in for an estimate, I was asked if a large crack on the rear bumper was part of the damage from the accident. I said it wasn't as I thought it had already been there. Later on my wife told me that this had been part of the accident and she had discussed this with our insurance. When I dropped my car off for the repairs I mentioned this to someone in the office who made a note on my paperwork. When I picked my car up yesterday the crack on the rear bumper had not been repaired, so I'm not sure the problem was ever communicated to those making the repairs and my insurance was never contacted by the shop to work this out.
