I only wish they had called and reminded me that I had a broken windshield so I could have had them fix that while the car was there, too. It wasn’t part of the insurance claim so maybe they couldn’t, but it would have been a convenience to pay for that separately. Other than that, fantastic!

The work on the car looks to be very good! Thanks. The only thing that mystified me was that my odometer reading when I brought the vehicle in was 99,786, and when I picked up the repaired vehicle the odometer was 99,905. I was just curious as to why the car was driven 119 miles while in the repair shop. Sincerely, Chris Simon

After receiving my Tesla back, since the windshield was replaced, it required the cameras to calibrate. The cameras haven't been able to do that after trying 3 times. Bringing car back in to have that looked at. Thanks! Everything else was done great!

Your employee was abusive and horrible to deal with. Estimated 10 days to have my car back. Took 65 days. Then he yelled at me for being frustrated.

I was so impressed with EVERYONE I dealt with at the parts department!! I’ve never had a car repaired and have heard horror stories. My experience was completely different…everyone from the receptionist to Logan were absolutely lovely to work with!! The professionalism of Logan was incredible. He was in contact with my insurance company and worked out the final cost…. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience!!

The work was fine but absolute worst customer service. I had my car at the shop for **** month not once has Jordan picked up the call. I had to physically go in every time to get a status which could easily be a call. They would put me on hold and never get back.

Brandon is amazing. He listens to you when you are checking in and explaining the situation with the car. He emotes understanding and provides you with confidence that Car will be successfully fixed. He was very clear with the needed repairs – – very detailed information. He provided the cost and kept us updated throughout the day about the repair process. He’s wonderful to interact with, professional, and caring. You are lucky to have him at Ke Garff.

The reason for my rating is I was required to make a second trip back to have the glass reinstalled, because it was not installed properly at the first visit, and there was tape residue across the entire seal. The second trip was not convenient for me on many levels. After my second visit I was more satisfied than after the first. Both visits, the staff were professional, courteous, and on the second visit I was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.
