I appreciate Zapernia (sp?) keeping me apprised of the progress of the work on my vehicle. The automatic emails I continued to receive were wrong, but she called me a couple of times to let me know the correct projected completion date.

We continue to have an ABS warning light that has been on (post accident) that is not being fixed. There have been multiple attempts by your business and nothing has fixed the problem even after 8-weeks. This is not acceptable.

The quality of the work was excellent and the agent handling the job was friendly, informed and knowledgeable. The concerns are small. The water in waiting room tasted awful and I drink tap water. The receptions are not rude but not friendly either, perfunctory rather than warm or welcoming.

The text messages were kind of cheesy however the work done to my beautiful automobile appears to be "as good as new". The Garff team was upbeat and positive, addressing all my questions and concerns. Dana was also very helpful, assuring me that my was in good hands and would be well looked after. My vehicle was exceptionally clean when I picked it up, for which I am grateful
