Unfortunately we were not accommodated very well with drop off. Due to a work emergency I had to have someone drop the car off for me and we were told no one could bring him back the eight minutes down the street to my house. I was told the night before if Inneeded a ride back they would bring me...Then on pick up I waited two hours for someone to pick me up and no one came. They were extremely apologetic which I was appreciative of, but when someone gets in an accident and trying to get their car back I would expect the service center To be more accommodating under the circumstances. Everything else went OK I would rate four stars.

Jessica, Theresa, and Terry were awesome. They attended every need and question and made the process smooth from beginning to end.

They are always professional and I am satisfied.

Reggie was sympathetic to my concerns yet the utmost professional in giving me the best service especially during the snow storm that occurred. Definitely a keeper would highly recommend to anyone

I was referred to as a person , not a number and was given timely updates throughout the entire timeframe to repair my auto. I was also given an opportunity to request additional things to consider and look into while my vehicle was in the care of 5 Star Ford, making me feel cared for with my safety while driving a priority.

Awesome customer service and updates along the way VIA voice calls and texts. I never had to call once myself to inquire as to the progress of my repair. The repair was done quickly and I picked it up the same day they called to advise it was ready. Thank you
