From the moment I opened the door to Five Star and was greeted by Lauren (who was proactively working on arranging my rental car), by name, the bar was set exceptionally high. Five Star Collision did not ever fall below that initial high standard! The manager, Bryan Haney, came out of his office to meet me and shook my hand. I have never had this level of customer focus and service in any of my 58 years. Because of the Memorial Day weekend, no rental cars were available. Bryan made it possible, working with Theresa Cooke at Five Star Nissan, to rent one of their vehicles (2018 Nissan Altima). I was flabbergasted!! Beyond words!! You see my accident occurred 5.5 hours into a 11.5 hour trip from FL-MD to see my daughter and son in-law. And to watch my grand puppies as they went off on a cruise. So while my car was in bad shape, Five Star Collision took all the travel and repair worries away from my mind. Their communication process and multi-format approach (status updates via text and twice weekly phone calls) left me fully confident in where my car was in the repair process as well as having an avenue to ask questions. I am a type “A”, and I did not wonder or worry about my car-AT ALL!! It was in the best possible hands. I picked up my car today and it is as if time was turned back. There is nothing to note, show, remark or discern that anything happened. It was that perfect. Bryan even made sure the car was cleaned and all fluids where they needed to be. Five Star Collision is the premium business model which while profit designed, is driven to excellence by treating their customers as family and communicating every step of the way. I hope I never have an accident again. But if I do, I hope it is innFlorence, SC so I can be taken care of by Bryan, Mark, Lauren and Crystal (sp?). They will be getting a Christmas card from me!

My experience at Five Star Collision was great! I was a little concerned that my car would not be exactly repaired. I was happily surprised at how perfect my bmw looked perfect when I came to pick up. My customer service person, Lauren ****, took me through the procedures of the repairs and the time they would take. She kept me up-to-date on the repair schedule. I also received bi-weekly updates texts regarding the status of repairs. Lauren was very professional, friendly and answered the questions I had I am very satisfied and happy with the repairs on my car. Thank you!

Even though your staff is very nice and pleasant, and they gave me a rental car to use for the last eight days. I was lied too several times work took twice as long as it was supposed to. This tells me they either lied to me to stall or your workers aren’t talking to each other. Job was nicely done it looks great but their time management sucked.
