I will be calling on Monday. One side of my car is completely misaligned and is creating new damage on the hood of my car. I’m going to have to rent another car while you fix it and this and you should be responsible for the cost since this was not properly completed and I paid over $3000 for the reputation and experience of your company.

We loved the service, and would highly recommend Mainline. The only suggestion we can think of is to simplify the status notification process during repair. We got a bit confused with all the notifications as to when our car would be ready. In the end, we were able to be flexible when you had it ready today, instead of tomorrow. Nice repair job!

I do have a question, was the alignment of my Mustang adressed because it does seem to be a little off! I did at 65 MPH react quick turning sharply and was hit at my rear drivers quarter panel above tire pretty hard across out of right slow lane swerved further rather sharp out more to exit lane to avoid
the other driver at fault from hitting my drivers door.And was at office at closing and forgot to ask about that very important concern of mine. I will call on Monday July 23rd.Curtis to make sure. Thanks for the focused professional service.
