The repair work was great! Just a little disappointed that considering the overall cost, regardless of the fact insurance paid, my car wasn't completely cleaned/waxed. Only the side that the damages were fixed was.

Not sure if the paint matches as well as I would have preferred, but I can check it again later. Also my Son & I had both asked for an additional estimate for an unrelated repair, neither of us received said estimates.

Great service! Very quick and effortless on my behalf. Took the stress out of a stressful situation. Smooth transition! Dropped my car off after a collision and was able to drive off in a rental in minutes and two days later the car was ready for pick up. I was able to leave rental in parking lot in leave in my car that looked good as new! The staff is super friendly and helpful! 5 stars! Thank you D’s Body Shop!

The interior of the car was dusty. That is not the condition it was dropped off. The stereo was on a high volume. When I dropped it off it was on a low volume almost silent. That tells me that someone messed with it while under repair and I do not appreciate that.

My car was ready a day later than estimated. My suggestion is to estimate a day later than expected on the text updates and then if it's ready the day eariler, people would be wowed rather than disappointed to have to wait the extra day.
