They are friendly, professional, patient and known for only using original parts for repairs. Their products and workmanship justify the cost. I hopeto never have to visit kumler again thus the only reason would be to repair an accident damage, but they are my family's repair shop.

May want to add a little more information in the text messages when something changes. Like we will call about updates, etc. I expected the car to be complete one day and the text message gave a completely different date. Jeff was great to work with. He kept me updated with all the changes.

Other than the window not working after it was fixed(which they said they would fix the car) looks nice and another appt. to finish the door was a little off and would let window controller work. Overall nice people good work couple bugs to work out but offered to fix immediately

They have twice now within a year taking care of my vehicle. The van is specially adaptability for my disability. Which requires special detailing to accommodate all needs. My in-laws have lived here in Lancaster for over decades. They remember kumler when it was a small Workshop. They have built themselves with great credit and respect. I'm insured with USAA and they only recommended them. Like I started they have had my van twice. The quality of work and the attention to detail surpasses any that I've ever seen or heard of before
