My experience with Peters was great, I didn't have to call to get updates or have to deal with anything insurance wise. Once peters got my wife's jeep at their shop I would get updates daily and try sealed directly with my insurance company. If I ever have to get a vehicle fixed again they will be the ones I choose to do the work.
